HELPING YOU ALL THE WAY
We want to make the whole experience from now right through to the party as easy as possible. These are questions that we have been asked most often over the years. Maybe you’ll find the answer to your questions right here. If not, stop piggin around and get in touch!
Our prices are based on 50 guests as a guideline. Every event is bespoke, so we will agree numbers and costs with you well before hand, so as you know exactly where you are with your budget.
As you’ve seen on the menus page the foods available. Included are the foods we’ve agreed upon for your event; disposable plates, cutlery and napkins; and all our equipment and kitchen utensils. Our 3m x 3m gazebo comes as part of our on site kitchen. We remove all the rubbish when we leave. So basically, everything we need to deliver the party we’ve previously agreed.
Everything fits under the gazebo which is 3m x 3m
We will arrive two hours before the agreed start time of the event. A lot of the hard work will already have been done before we set off from our base.
We will stay until all guests are well fed. We’re in no hurry, but we won’t encroach on your party either, so as soon as we’ve served, we will quietly dismantle, pack away and speak with you before we leave.
Guests will be invited to make their way for food at the previously agreed dining time. Service is then buffet style with assistance from the carver and service staff.
How close we can get our vehicle(s) to the event. Is there electricity and water available?
To secure the booking date we ask for a non refundable deposit of £200.00. Full and final payment is due 14 days prior to the event date.
Of course you can. We have a relaxed approach to business and understand that things can change. It goes without saying that if changes involve costs, then there may be a variance to the agreed costs. All changes will be finalised in writing (usually by email)
This is the most asked question of all. Portion control is one item per guest. Some guests will choose not to have something or the other. This is where seconds come into play on a first come first served basis. But all activities surrounding the food will be agreed by yourselves before hand.
